With the rapid development of mobile Internet, LTE (Long Term Evolution,Long Term Evolution of3G system) as the3GPP Long Term Evolution technology, achived breakthrough. TD-LTE network was launched at the end of2013, with itscharacteristic low-latency, high-rate, will provide high-speed and convenient mobiledata network services for domestic users. TD-LTE network is still in the early stagesof construction and optimization, according to the network properties andconstruction methods, A good work of network pre-planning, construction quality, and fast optimization of network performance is the key to building a exquisiteTD-LTE network. This paper describes the main aracteristics of the TD-LTE network, includingbasic knowledge of the physical layer structure, and physical layer procedures, alsodescribes the key technology of TD-LTE in details. With the Guangzhou HigherEducation Mega Center scenes,This paper plans the TD-LTE network of GuangzhouHigher Education Mega Center, and optimizes on this basis of that. Firstly, itintroduces the F-band and D-band network planning principles, then on basis of thisprinciple, determines the TD-LTE network planning proposal of the GuangzhouHigher Education Mega Center, then uses simulation to improve the program, andultimately determine the construction program. Secondly, optimize the KPI indicatorsof the network according to the planning proposal, then present the comparison of KPIbefore and after the optimization, and specifically addresses the common problemsand optimization method which affect coverage, handover, reconstruction anddownload speeds,it has a good reference value of the actual network construction andoptimization.
