Based On The Unattended Valve Wireless Video Surceillance Technology Research

The valve is an important component of industrial site. Using images for the object to monitor the valve area is of great signigicance for guatanteeing the correct operation and preventing incorrecting operation which is caused by personal invasion. But modern insdustrial site area of valve unmanned surveillance put forward higher request, the traditional monitoring mode can’t meet the need of monitoring. For the need of monitoring the unmanned valve area, this paper studies a kind of wireless image monitoring technology which is based on the unmanned valve area. And also, combined with the digital image processing technology, the paper puts forward such surveillance system:adopting the real-time USB camera image of the unmanned valve area, then sending it to ARM processor which dealing with the image by format changing, recognition and compressing. When the personal invasion is identified by the system, the GPRS wireless transmission module will sent MMS to related persons’ mobile, reporting personal invasion. The process of the preparation consists of:(1) in the ARM plate Linux system, transplanting BootLoader, transplanting and configuring kernel, estsblishing file system and transplanting JPEGLIB library and so on;(2) Taking use of kernel driver program to adopt the real-time USB image under V4L2standard;(3) processing the collected image by format changing, gray changing and binary processing, taking proportional method to judge whether it has personal invasion and call JPEGLIB library to compressing images;(4) sending MMS to related persons’ mobiles through GPRS wireless transmission module, reporting personal invasion.
