Energy is related to the national economy and an important energy source. With therapid development of society and to accelerate the pace of industrialization forward, both inthe industrial and agricultural or everyday life, electricity load in a substantial increase inboth the huge consumption seriously affect the normal operation of electrical equipment,making electricity losses increase; while electricity workers gave management the authorsbrought great difficulty and great challenges. This often causes widespread power outages,and residents to plant a lot of inconvenience, so how to improve the energy efficiency ofmanagement has become a must face and the problem must be solved.Whether in traditional meter amount of each household appliance collection,processing, transmission, and transmission speed measurement will appear slow andinaccurate measurement data, or even appear to steal electricity leakage and otherundesirable phenomen; still on power management waste department staff and materialresource, which gave birth to the more practical accelerated more efficient electricalparameter measurement, control, transmission method, one can measure and controlelectrical parameters, display data, such as a combination of power protection togethermeter devices.Design of the system is divided into three parts: the first part is to measure electricalparameters; second part is the transmission of electrical parameters; third part is the hostcomputer data display. The first part is the hardware circuit design is very important part ofthe data is passed back from the beginning of this section. So in the design of this part of thecircuit, we should select the appropriate resistor voltage divider, or select a small signalvoltage and current transformers for electrical parameters were measured, the main task ofdesigning this part of the circuit when the safety and reliability high, because we need smallsignal is collected from the mains voltage to at; second part is to pass electrical parameters,this part requires both accurate data transfer and also to have better real time, while thedisplay parameters can be passed through the liquid crystal; the third part is a PC display andcontrol, the main function of this part is to realize the electrical parameters of the remotetransmission and control, requiring high speed acquisition, transmission and real timemonitoring data.Remote electrical parameters of the subject studied measurement technique uses a32bit ARM Cortex M3core microprocessor STM32F103V as the core, Cirrus Logic company dedicated energy measurement chip CS5460A as energy acquisition and data processingchip, and through a wide range of applications RS232serial interfaces to Ethernet moduleintegrated with the master connection, and then remote measurement and control functionsthrough the host computer data in LabVIEW DataSocket controls. Systems used STM32coreprocessor with a computing speed, storage capacity, high performance characteristics,can achieve a good data collection, storage, conversion, transmission. Via Ethernet totransfer data to the host computer DataSocket control, PC friendly interface to the receivedparameters will be displayed, and the remote control.
