The study has important research value and practical significance on theconstruction and implementation of the power marketing surveillance system.Firstly this paper introduces power marketing theory and analysis for the powerindustry, which lay the theoretical foundation for later discussed; secondly this paperdescribes the development of power marketing surveillance system,and then analysisfunctions of the power marketing surveillance system of Inner Mongolia to get cleartasks and requirements of it in Inner Mongolia in order to capture system’s infrastructureand regulatory issues of it. Again, we take the research of the design and management ofindexes for electric power marketing functions of the system of Inner Mongolia.
