With the popularity of mobile phone, wireless communication services show explosive growth. The problem of electromagnetic radiation has shown due a large number of new base stations are used.At present, the maximum transmission power of the base station is always used to predict the electromagnetic radiation around the base station. However, the transmission power of the base station is adjusted according to the distance between antenna and users in the actual situation. And the transmission power is also determined by the traffic of the base station. For the above problems, this paper considers the actual transmission power of the base station from the aspects of the coverage and traffic, and two prediction method of electromagnetic radiation are put forward based on user distribution of base station and traffic. The main contents and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,a new prediction method of electromagnetic radiation prediction is proposed based on user distribution. The method takes into account the user distribution characteristics and path loss model of the coverage area of the base station, derives the actual transmission power of the base station to predict the average electromagnetic radiation intensity around the base station. The validity of the proposed method is verified by analyzing the cumulative distribution function of time slot pulse electric field intensity of the proposed method and comparing with the cumulative distribution function of time slot pulse electric field intensity of actual measurement. In this paper, the uniform distribution and exponential distribution are used to analyze the electromagnetic radiation intensity of each point of base station.Compared with the actual measured electromagnetic radiation intensity, the RMS errors are 0.2559 and 0.0373 respectively and the uncertainty are 0.9259 and 0.5973.So the user distribution of the exponential distribution is more accurate than the uniform distribution.(2)In this paper,a new prediction method of electromagnetic radiation is proposed based on traffic. Our method considers the probability density function of the base station, traffic and path loss, and deduces the actual average transmitting power of base station. Then, calculate base station electromagnetic radiation intensity based on base station different traffic. In this paper, the validity of the proposed method is verified by comparing and analyzing single time slot cumulativedistribution function of the theoretical average electric field intensity and the measured the average electric field intensity. In the maximum amount of traffic, the actual measured electromagnetic radiation intensity is 21.2674?/Wm~2.The calculation of electromagnetic radiation intensity of calculating based on textual method is 23.5580?/Wm~2.The calculation of electromagnetic radiation intensity of calculating based on the maximum transmit power is 41.1130?/Wm~2.It can be seen that our method is more accurate for predicting the electromagnetic radiation of the base station. At the same time, the probability density function of the proposed model is compared with the probability density function of the mixed Gaussian model. So the superiority of our method is verified.
