With the rapid and extensive development of wireless mobile communication, more and more base stations stand in the city, but they also come with theelectromagnetic radiation problem which is gradually turning into a focus in spaciouscitizen. Electromagnetic pollution following after water pollution, air pollution, noisepollution, soil pollution, to become the fifth largest sources of pollution.Currently most GSM base station electromagnetic radiation prediction methodsare based on the<<Guideline on Management of Radioactive EnvironmentalProtection Electromagnetic Radiation Monitoring Instruments and Methods>> ofmicrowave far-field axial density calculation theory model, and more for singleantenna, so this approach has been difficult to apply to multi-antennas co-site andco-located. This paper based on GSM900base station antenna as the research object, and using the theory of electromagnetic field and microwave single antenna deriveantenna directivity function, sequentially establish the multi-antennaselectromagnetic radiation power density prediction model. Simulation using HFSSsoftware, combining theoretical derivation radiation power, and then calculation ofelectromagnetic radiation power density, and study the characteristics ofelectromagnetic radiation. For the reality of the base station location selection andantenna setup have an important significance. The main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1) Using the theory of electromagnetic field and microwave to derive theelectromagnetic radiation power density of single antenna and multi-antenna based onthe Half-wave dipole vertical directivity function and N-element array electric fielddistribution and using of its pivotal role in the antenna to calculate the single-antennaand multi-antenna electromagnetic radiation power density.(2) Using the HFSS simulation software, simulation was carried out on the doublepolarization antenna, the antenna gain according to the simulation model and theoryof radiation power, the electromagnetic radiation respectively predict the followingsituation: dual polarization antenna, two pairs of dual polarization antenna side byside, three pairs of dual polarization antenna, side by side two pairs of dual polarizedantenna is arranged up and down, and put forward a multi-antenna electromagneticradiation evaluation model. (3) Using the prediction model forecast antenna ground distance of1m and60melectromagnetic radiation; Select10m and30m fixed vertical plane, and predictdifferent heights of the electromagnetic radiation intensity.(4) Select a number of antennas for electromagnetic radiation actual measurementto verify the feasibility of the prediction model according to the theoretical values, thepredicted values and measured values.
