At present, land greening has become an important content of the construction of ecological civilization, it’s also the powerful security to the sustained and healthy development of economic society.Afforestation is the necessary way to improve the environmental problems. It is particularly important to develop forestry machinery and realize the automation of forestry industry.In the city green construction, manual operation is not only time-consuming, high labor intensity, low efficiency, long cycle time of transplanting trees, but also directly affect the survival rate of trees which were transplanted. Adopting of automation, mechanization, intelligent working machine, the efficiency can be improved more than several times.Therefore, the research and development of innovative tree transplanting machine has a good market value, it also has limitless space for the development of product’s application and popularization. But it still stays in the preliminary stage.According to the current development conditions, first target is designing the whole plan of tree transplanting machine, the project team is committed to R&D small and medium sized tree transplanting machine that reference to models of Big-John, some of the tree transplanting machine’s structure are simplified. Designer strive to try new idea about design principle, determine a tree transplanting machine with suspension, frame, straight blade as the final optimal design plan.According to the process of transplanting trees, the overall design of the scheme of machinery has been given, which mainly including machine layout, hydraulic system parameter setting and auxiliary equipment and several other processing schemes.And focus on the design and calculation of the hydraulic-control system of tree transplanting machine. The hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump and valve are especially important, because of their parameters and model that has been calculated and determined after seriously analysis, checking and selection. Finally, establish the simulation model of the hydraulic control system using AMESim simulation software. While evaluate the efficiency and performance of hydraulic system, satisfied the static characteristic is the most important requirements of the hydraulic system. In addition, the pressure of hydraulic pump, the fuel consumption and speed of engine are tested to meet the different working conditions and speed, and then the hydraulic actuator is carried on the dynamic simulation and optimization.Through the research of hydraulic system, a set with advanced efficient and reliable control system can be provided for the tree transplanting machine, it also provides a theoretical reference for research on the energy loss of the tree transplanting machine in the future.
