Based on the cold emission test platform as the research background, the rapid reactivity of cold emission is simulated according to the actual situation. A hydraulic cylinder is used to impact the platform rapidly to simulate the impact load on the ground or launch vehicle while cold launching. The electro-hydraulic servo position system is designed according to the requirement of the quick response to emission. The control strategy and the hardware circuit with the core to DSP processor are deeply researched. And the hydraulic components are selected. Finally, the multidisciplinary system simulation software AMESim and Matlab are co-simulated to analysis the electro-hydraulic servo system that has been designed.As for the hydraulic system, it is reasonably designed according to the relevant experience and books, product materials. The symmetrical valve controlling asymmetrical cylinder hydraulic cylinder servo system is applied for meeting the requirements of the test platform. Then, different from the classic modeling way, the mathematical model of the system is established to express the impact and return process respectively. At the same time, the various parameters are solved for the simulation of the system.The control hardware circuit is designed based on DSP (Digital Signal Processor) for servo valve position. The power supply system, communication circuit based on RS-422/485and digital filter circuit for valve opening signal is mainly introduced and designed.After the simple introduction of the classical PID and adaptive robust control, the characteristic of the adaptive robust control is detailed analyzed. Then adaptive robust control is designed on the basis of dynamic surface control. This control method is to help solving the dynamic uncertainties in the electro-dynamic system. This method improved the system stability and rapidity and solved the practical problems in applications of the two complementally.Finally, by using the simulation software AMESim and Matlab, the model of cold emission system and the control system are established. Then the co-simulation is advanced. The result indicated that the electro-hydraulic system has a good performance.
