Abstract:Since from1990s, construction industry in our country has obtained rapid development. With the rapid expansion of construction industry, importance of construction project control is increasingly prominent. Importance of construction program, which is the core content of construction project control, speaks for itself. However, in order to form construction program with high precision, unit price for the project must be accurately worked out, while calculation of unit price for the project depends on precise data of labor productivity. At present, data of labor productivity in our country is used by technical staff on the spot as personal statistical data collection. Therefore, it does not have that much precision. Moreover, ration, which is the main embodiment of data of labor productivity, is compiled by fixed station of each province for every5years. As a consequence, it seriously lags behind the physical truth of constructional engineering. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct real-time collection and analyze labor productivity for the sake of better enhancing level of construction project control.Based on previous researches, it is necessary to accurately acquire location information and vibrational frequency of building workers, so as to analyze and obtain comparatively accurate data of building productivity. As a result, data acquisition equipment for building workers’productivity should be equipped with abilities to the above-mentioned information. Furthermore, because workers are in constant motion in working process, data transmission must adopt wireless form.The research, based on the integrated chip of ZigBee agreement, builds the system of location acquisition, integrates the information that is acquired from this system and the acceleration sensor and makes an attempt to build automatic productive classification system. after that, we carry out the test in the mock construction sites, arrange the information of time, location, construction personnel and the operation information from the sensor as per the order of time and indicate the systems that can acquire the information of when, where and what operations one construction does with concept and then, compare the results with annual operation ones so as to test their precision.
