Design And Implementation Of College Basic Data Management

Teaching basic data management is the foundation of the teaching quality management. Along with the university’s enrollment in recent years, university administrators face a wide range of data and complex teaching. It is not only labor-intensive and high error rates, but also inefficiency and unable to complete a good job of teaching the state administration, when they appropriate data collection, statistics, conducting searches and other tasks. All of these make information management to be an inevitable trend in the development.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of data management system in an institution of higher education. The system uses B/S architecture pattern and Java technology to complete four subsystems of the data collection, comprehensive search, statistics and system management.Firstly, this paper analyzes the state of the domestic situation of teaching basic data management, and introduces the related technology in this system. Secondly, based on the general description of the requirements and design principles of the system, it extracts the main function of the system according to the actual needs. Then, this paper describes the design and implementation process of teaching the basic state management system in detail. Data acquisition subsystem includes data reporting, template downloads, data maintenance module etc. Comprehensive data retrieval subsystem achieved by using a dictionary lookup method, including modules such as query and export data. Statistics include data generated in the process of teaching statistics on the basic state teaching, and are stored in the corresponding tables. Then, the data show up in accordance with the line chart, bar chart, pie chart form by using JFreeChart graphics framework. Finally, this paper summarizes the state of basic data management system and propose areas for improvement.
