Interaction Design Research On VR System Of Vehicle-mounted Snubbing Workover Rig In Oilfield

Vehicle-mounted snubbing workover rig is a new equipment developed workoveroperation at oilfield. The lifting system, hydraulic system and control system were integratedon a vehicle to complete the overall operations and the overall transportation. The automationoperation of well-pulling service was realized. This equipment improved the efficiency andsafety of workover operation and possessed very high economic benefits. Only three workerscould complete the operation from installation to work and the manual operation was insteadby remote control. Based on the research of vehicle-mounted snubbing workover rig, thispaper mainly complete the following content:1.The working principle the well-pulling service and the motion process of mechanicalparts.was got based on the fully research and analysis to the Mechanical structure,operatingfunctions, working process and working environment of vehicle-mounted snubbing workoverrig. The3D model of vehicle-mounted snubbing workover rig was created with3ds Maxsoftware the capacity of the model was reduced as much as possible.2.The virtual reality technology and the interaction design were discussed based on thecolour, behavior and logical analysis and emotional design. The3D model of vehicle-mountedsnubbing workover rig was imported into the interactive scene base on the Unity3dplatform.The3D model got further optimize and adjust to realize the drive and control ofvirtual element in virtual environment and suit JavaScript programming interface.3.The human-computer interaction interface was created and the algorithm andprogram code was designed to realize the key technology and function of virtual realitysystem. Which including motor function manual control, regional trigger function, GUIinterface interaction function, free display function and the communication function of SQLServer data.The virtual reality system has a simple interface, easily to interactive operationand could run smoothly under the web environment. this system provide a new kind of highquality platform for the training of operator or the publicity and promotion of the newtechnology and new product.
