Laser processing technology is involved in photonics, mechanics, electronics,computers and other high-tech multi-disciplinary comprehensive cross. Laser machiningon the surface welding, cutting, machining, punching, marking processing technologyapplication in manufacturing industry, the combination of these processes and massproduction added vigor for the modern manufacturing industry, lead to the development ofthe whole national economy, have changed the course of the entire national economypattern, promote the development of modernization. Compared with other disciplines, thedevelopment history of laser processing is relatively short, there are many problems to besolved, at present the main limiting factor regarding their industrial applications andpopularization "bottleneck" in the process of basic research work for not doing enough.Based on laser cutting process parameters in the process of factory production andprocessing the "bottleneck" problems, mainly related process parameters in the process oflaser cutting process as the research object, the purpose is to improve the processingsurface quality of parts, improve the precision parts, laser cutting process parametersoptimization.By using the method of orthogonal experiment of cutting current, cutting speed andstarting speed the influence factors such as experimental study, and CAM productprocessing, for example, find out the change rule, at the same time correspondingimprovement measures are put forward.For R80type laser cutting equipment, laser cutting experiment plan formulation,using the method of combining theoretical analysis and experiment exploring laser cuttingsystem and the influence law of process parameters on the quality of the product, providetheoretical guidance and technology for practical application.
