With the integration of the world economy and the continuous development of networkinformation technology, the Internet spirit and the traditional financial sector gradually combineto form the internet financial format,due to containing online banking, third-party payment,credit management, and many other businesses, e-commerce has become a best embodiesrepresentative of trends in this format. Traditional financial industry make best of the advantagesof e-commerce platform, making its operations more transparent with a higher degree ofparticipation, collaboration and better, lower intermediate costs, easier operation and a series offeatures and gradually changing the social and economic development and people’s lifestyles.This paper depends on the project " Henan Salt e-commerce systems " as the actual researchbackground, combined with the development trend of Internet banking, e-commerce system, keytechnology research, the main work includes the following:1. The use of object-oriented methods and UML modeling tool for authority managementmodule separately and credit rating module concepts, functions and database design2. Using JavaEE architecture to implement role-based access control authoritymanagement, including the role of information management, the role of the staffassociation, the role given permission to other functions;3. Raise the credit rating reference model,and implement e-commerce system, the creditrating subsystems, including personal credit value, credit rating check, evaluation, auditand other functions.Salt Administration in Henan province is dotted with120,000sales outlets, through the useof the system, various marketing network products can facilitate business and informationinteraction, to solve the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized marketing network,effectively reduce the operating costs of network, make it have more development potential anddevelopment prospects.
