With the development of our country's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,health has become a topic of concern in the society as a whole,and major television media have launched healthy television programs to meet the needs of different audiences.However,due to the problems of the programs themselves,the complexity of the communication environment,the sensitivity of the content,the particularity of the forms,and the differences among the audiences,the programs often fail to achieve good communication effects and even bring different degrees of negative impact to the audience.This article cuts through the risk of program transmission.Based on health communication related theories,health television programs are the main research objects.Using literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,we discuss the risks of health TV programs through investigation.The research analyzed the concrete manifestations of health TV program transmission risks,and proposed audiences' excessive trust in the content of experts' explanation,self-diagnosis and self-government behavior after watching the program,derived secondary communication activities and psychological negative emotions,etc.Manifestations.Through text analysis and expert interviews,the sources and influencing factors of health TV program transmission risk were explored from five aspects: the program's communication environment,audience,concept,content and form,and editorial and production.Based on the factors affecting the health-related television program transmission risks,it is proposed that healthy TV programs should establish a comprehensive and healthy communication and management mechanism,improve the content and positioning of the programs,and match audience needs and characteristics,making full use of the visibility of television media and Diversity,improve the effectiveness of programs,and other measures to avoid the risk of program transmission.
