In order to further clarify the program and ourtalk show program distance metrics, as the audience is must study. In this thesis,"voice of heart" the audiences of the program as the research object, tries to analyzethe "voice of heart"of the structure and behavior of the audience, in order to find outthe problems existing in the present stage, in order to promote the furtherdevelopment of the feasibility of "voice of heart" program proposals.In this paper,"voice of heart" program in3town12townships of Kashi County,Shule, the audience as the research object, by using statistical data, literature and otherresearch methods, from the angle of audience dissemination to comprehensiveanalysis of "voice of heart" program, and analyze the structure and the behaviorcharacteristic of the audience. In the specific research ideas, contents can besummarized as"5WIH" mode, namely the audience research program (who) structure,program content analysis (what), viewing motivation (Why), viewing time analysis(when),viewing site analysis (where), the viewing mode analysis (how).From the age, gender, social status, education level and income and other aspectsof the "voice of heart" audience structure characteristics, the study found: from the age, the main audience is most concentrated in18to45years old. From the genderperspective, the basic balanced gender distribution. From the audience’s occupation,industry, involving a wide range of audiences, education level and low income.Analysis of the "voice of heart" audience viewing environment, receive video time,viewing habits, viewing motives and audience’s attitude toward the program. Finding:the audience the main viewing environment at home. Two or three times a weekcontact program up to the audience. The way of choice, more than half of theaudience is the "frequency change to find good see". Watch the show earlier andbroadcast-frequency changing audience minority. From the viewing motives,"understanding the laws and regulations, to know the society the new things new" forthe purpose of up to the audience. From the programme selection factors, because "Ihave interesting content" watch the program up to the audience. From the satisfactiondegree "basically meet" this program up to the audience. Has plasticity, active and passiveviewing behavior is in accordance with, diversity and hierarchy and activitycharacteristics.Although the "voice of heart" program in the dissemination of mainstreaminformation, and social environment, and guide public opinion has made manyachievements, but with the Chinese TV talk show in China compared to the level,there is still a gap, and in guiding the audience, to maintain a positive interaction,there are still some problems with the audience.The results of this study present situation of the " voice of heart "program andthe audience understanding", to promote the program meet audience demand andcorrectly guide the audience,"has a positive meaning to promote the reform andinnovation of the "voice of heart ".
