The General Study On The Journal Contemporary Literarature And Artistic Trend

Contemporary Literarature and Artistic Trend is a theoretical magazine mainlylaunched by CFLAC of Gansu province in the early l980s. It is the first periodicalwhich generated great influences on literature and art theory by that time. It startedpublication in1982and ceased at1987, although only existed6years, it came upwith the paces of that time closely and made a great contribution to new periodliterature.Researching the trends on contemporary literarature and artisc, tracking thepatterns of development, adventuring the new scope of fields, and reforming themehods of studying literatue and artisc is the spirit of the journal. It was also full ofcreation so that it once caused many influential literature and art debations. Itsdiscussion on the rising poetry group and debation about humanitarian problemsgenerated great influence on literature and artisc. Their advocation and promotion onwest literary made it become an integral and indispensable part of the Chinesecontemporary literature history; and it also provided a platform to the college studentsand yongers who liked literary critic; and trained a group of outstanding young andmiddle-aged critics. It actively advocated the new method of literary studies,published a lot of articles about system theory, information theory, cybernetics theoryand the other related, open up a new field in literary study.My thesis mainly focuses on the arrangement to all the texts from1982to1987,which appeared on the magazine Contemporary Literarature and Artistic Trend. Iintend to study the magazine’s deep meaning from its contents, try to providereferences experiences for reaserch on contemporary literarature and artistic trend.
