Well Linkage Control System Development Based On Industrial Wireless Communication

According to the structural characteristics and the similar industrial specialenvironments of the training base in Urumqi,combined with the control requirementsof the training base,this paper designed the well linkage control system based onindustrial wireless technology.The system is divided into three parts,namely,wirelesscommunication network system, well linkage control system and real-time monitoringsystem.On the construction of wireless communication network system,industrialwireless technology is used in this paper.Industrial wireless technology is emerging inthis century,equipment-oriented information interaction.Industrial wireless technologyis suitable for using in harsh industrial environment,with strong anti-interferenceability,low energy consumption,good real-time communication.Wirelesscommunication network system realizes the real-time wireless data transmissionthrough the hot technology of industrial wireless.In well linkage control system,theSiemens S7-200PLC is used to collect the water level data and switch the pumps asthe controller,to realize the linkage control,so as to keep the reservoir water level in acertain range in this paper.In order to achieve the remote online monitoring of waterlevel,real-time monitoring system and human-machine interface were designed byKingview in this paper.The operator can monitor the reservoir level in real time andconveniently through the monitor screen Kingview clearly.The implementation of thissystem,is not only effective to complete the control tasks,but also greatly improvessystem reliability,applicability,reliability and flexibility,with certain of the draw.
