With the development of mobile communication technology, smart phones as a representative of theintelligent mobile terminal devices have been popular in people’s lives. While the wireless networktechnology and mobile communications technology continues to be more matured and developed campusmobile applications mushroomed faster and faster, due to its high efficiency and convenience advantages, ithas won more and more users and attention on campus. How to use the smart mobile terminals which iswide range of existing in campus to provides information services, this research will be used practically andextensively. Currently traditional campus-based information services is based on the campus network, itseffect is limited by network environment and terminal equipments; Meanwhile the owning rate of mobilephone among university teachers and students exceeded100%, most of which is based on Android systemas the representative of smart phones, there’s many smart phone-based applications on campus, but theapplications to be aimed at learning-based content, which be aimed at campus life, provides convenientinformation services for the teachers and students is less than other applications, most colleges anduniversities design the application on their own, but it’s high cost and poor versatility. Therefore, the studywhich design a highly efficient, lightweight, versatile campus information service system has far-reachingsignificance.The system is based on wechat, built a campus information service system that doesn’t limited bynetwork environment, providing real-time service. Determine the next higher usage of digital campusenvironment information services, considering the prior art, the status of the network environment, thedevelopment cycle and investment feasibility analysis finally adopted by the relatively novel application oflight through most of the system needs analysis realization. Business logic layer using B/S three-tierarchitecture, using PHP language design, using a MySQL database. Through systematic analysis todetermine the system’s design and operation of process module division. From the system architecture,development tools, database design and functional modules and other aspects of the design of the system indetail, and the most representative features and key technologies, such as book circulation, curriculuminquiry, user registration, a detailed description. Finally, a system test, the test results in line withexpectations.The campus information service system based on wechat is easy to operate, due to a good userexperience the system is easy to be accepted. The system is highly versatile, easy to expand functionality,development cost is low, it will provide campus users efficient and convenient campus information services.
