Many schools have established their own information system of their departments with the development of information technology, However they are lack of the associations due to the different developing Periods, platform and technologies, so that the information cannot be shared, This formed many "information isolated islands". These information isolated islands made our massive useful data lose the further use value. Therefore data sharing has already become one of the most urgent problems in present stage.The information sharing defects and deficiencies of the existing Campus-Wide Information Systems are analyzed, and the main reasons are pointed out, such as:the design-oriented point-to-point and group-broadcast information distribution modes. On this basis, service-oriented thought is introduced into Campus-Wide information sharing and the architecture of service-oriented Campus-Wide information sharing is put forward, in which the network-based and Service-oriented information sharing of systems is implemented.The architecture of service-oriented information sharing of Campus-Wide Information Systems based on Web Services is put forward. The architecture is the renovation and encapsulation of the information sharing architure of the existing c Campus-Wide Information Systems. The fundamental component unit, information flow, the relationship between information service calls base on XML/SOAP, the control of calls scheduling, the fixed reference and dynamic information service search are expounded, and the key technologies of this architecture are analyzed such as static/dynamic/asynchronous calls mechanisms of intelligence service.According to the shortage of Web Services technology (One-Way and Non-Status) and the actual demand in information sharing, the models of intelligence distribution based on Web Services is brought forward, the disadvantage of Web Services is overcomed, on-demand of the push/pull mode in information sharing is achieved. And, The information sharing system of Campus-Wide is implemented with.NET.
