Along with the fast development of the digital information technology, every university gradually pays great attention to the application of the new information technology in the management and teaching. The usage of new technologies to work among students in colleges and universities has become one of the main methods to improving the technical content of the work and reduce the unfamiliar relationship between school and students. At the current stage, the extensive use of mobile devices and the wide coverage of the wireless network make teachers and students spend more time to obtain information and handle interpersonal relationships from a mobile device. The methods of using browse through the computer web had been unable to meet students’ use characteristics of time fragmentation and use in randomness nowadays.In this thesis, the wechat platform which has large usage numbers and high efficiency of information dissemination is studied. Combined with the actual situation in universities and the research of wechat platform, a new service platform for university information query has been build with the usage of cloud computing services. The way for students to get information and the relationship between the students and the school information are improved by the platform. The main work of this thesis includes:(1) The main technology of building mobile information platform at present stage is analyzed and compared. A kind of new campus information service platform which is low cost, easy erection is built with cloud computing services, wechat platform and database. Cache technique which the expansion function of cloud server is used to improve the information crawling and feedback speed, the authentication and the interconnection of the background server with wechat server are accomplished by HTTP protocol.(2) Personal information query, campus information query and campus community functions are designed and accomplished after analyzed the campus user’s demand. A portable way to get campus information is provided, satisfying the basic needs of students to get campus information anytime and anywhere.(3) The web information extraction pattern and the topic clustering method are studied in this thesis. By studying the XML language format which has the features of semi-structured data, document tree and regular expressions are used to search and extract the effective information data from the target web source code. Proposed a method which can analysis and acquisition the user interest topic by using text clustering. First, text segmentation and feature extraction can be accomplished by SCWS. Then the text representation model was reconstructed by using vector space model. Finally, the improved k-means clustering algorithm is used to calculate the user’s interest topics.(4) In this thesis, by study the method of special auxiliary word similarity computation, Semantic processing of short text which get from the platform is provided. A new method of using intermediate indicator vector for short text clustering is proposed, and the clustering process of short text topic is optimized. The classification effect of the topic is improved by using synonymous semantic meaning.After the actual test of the information platform deployed in the cloud, the whole system has strong usability and expansibility, only a few development and maintenance costs are needed in the building process. In this thesis, a new method is provided for the expansion of using mobile devices to get information in universities. The research has certain reference value to improving the campus information communication and mobile resources development.
