Campus Information Service System Based On SAE And We-chat Public Platform

With the change of the concept of education industry in recent years, the traditional management idea is transformed into a service-oriented approach, campus information is also changed from convenient management to ease of use. For the current all kinds of information system have been established, not only need to be able to provide users with easy to use, but also need to be able to timely carry out the failure, abnormal situation. Under this big background, a campus information service system, based on a SAE (Sina App Engine) and WeChat public platform, is proposed in this paper. Distinguishes from the traditional service system, this paper focuses on the use of cloud computing and WeChat’s perfect public entrance to providing the repair and debugging services for the teachers and students on campus.According to analyze the current situation of campus information service, this paper puts forwards a new architecture of system implementation, and optimizes the process of the repair business on it. It designs an Android service terminal application, which provides self-help troubleshooting services on the basis of keyword, to replace current human services. This application, with WeChat public service platform entrance, collects the fault information that users can’t solve by self-service screening, and uses the SAE Internet service and data storage function as the central system to realize self-investigation, repair and the repair documents’ GIS map display services. The result of the application of this system, for the development direction of campus information service, has important practical significance, and is also an important reference to expand the service channel and service mode.
