The core part of the Internet of things is composed of wireless sensor network, it can monitors access and transmit various kinds of information when placed in complex physical environment, and it is widely used in intelligent traffic information network, intelligent power supply network and industrial production monitoring, etc. Generally, Actual need of wireless sensor network node is small in size, with limited energy and the batteries are fixed is not easy to change. So Energy-saving technology become a key technology of sensor networks with great value in research.Firstly, this article focuses on the principle, clustering and routing of LEACH-C algorithm, for LEACH-C algorithm only considers the residual energy of node, single hop routing and over-reliance on base stations and other issues, puts forward LEACH-m algorithm a better routing efficiency algorithm. In this algorithm, the primary and secondary cluster head node selection both consider coverage also take into account the residual energy of nodes and distance, reducing frequent clustering result of the energy consumption, taking dual-path routing communications solutions to improve network robustness.Secondly, this paper conducts a study and analysis about the principle and its own characteristics of cell membrane algorithm, aims at Wireless Sensor Network energy constrained problems, in order to achieve a balanced energy consumption of nodes, balanced cluster heads distribution, proposes a Wireless Sensor Network energy balanced clustering algorithm which based on the Cell Membrane of optimization algorithms. The new algorithm divides the nodes through concentration and energy factors, combines with the distance factor for global clustering balance; it can be a good solution to the uneven distribution for cluster head, imbalance global energy and other issues.Finally, through MATLAB simulation, this paper proves the two proposed algorithms, and it turns out that LEACH-m algorithm reduces Network dependence of base station, improves the autonomous ability of the network. Clustering algorithm based on the cell membrane algorithm has the capability of balanced global clustering quickly and Optimize cluster distribution network. The two new algorithms have obvious improvement on efficiency, and the network survival time is longer.
