Airfield is the special area which supports plane activity. There are many pipelines under the pavement, such as water supply pipeline, which are called "concealed work". It is very important to manage construction and maintenance of underground pipeline, especially quickly pinpoint the problem and prevent disaster in the underground pipeline emergency.This thesis took the experience of digital city and smart city, introduced GIS (Geographic Information System) and intelligent mobile terminal (like Android cellphone) in the construction of the airfield pipeline, developed the airfield pipeline management subsystem based on GIS and the information acquisition subsystem based on intelligent mobile terminal, set up the fundamental database of the airfield underground pipeline.The main work of this thesis is to:(1) The airfield pipeline information acquisition subsystem is researched and developed on mobile, and the airfield pipeline management subsystem is developed on server, and the seamless connection between these two subsystems is realized.(2) The standard database of airfield underground pipeline management is studied and established.In the system, the data are collected by intelligent mobile terminal during the pipeline construction and real-time transmitted to the server through the wireless network. Then they achieved the real-time monitoring of pipeline construction quality and progress. This system can help the owner, the designer and the constructor to communicate, and to record the valuable information of construction. At the same time, the system can be extended to become an effective fundamental platform for maintenance, and provide a powerful data support to achieve the goal of "integration of construction and operation". So far, the system is put into use.
