Disaster recovery backup system is an emerging concept in recent years,it hasbeen favored by many units which have amounts of data storage, such as ITcompanies, government departments etc. Disaster recovery backup system is anentirety which can guarantee the safety of large amounts of data. The world isentering the information age in a stride, data and information gradually become thebasics and lifebloods of all walks of life. However, it must facing the risks of dataloss When the enterprises enjoy the quick decision-making and convenientmanagements which owning to the informatization.Taking the construction of Shaanxi Local Tax bureau’s disaster recovery backupsystem as the background, firstly, this paper combs the related theory andmethodology of the disaster recovery backup system; secondly, this paper makes anexplanation and comparation of the mainstream technology of the disaster recoverybackup system; Lastly, after detail analyses about the present situations and needs ofShaanxi Local Tax bureau’s informationization, it makes an ultimate aim of how tobuild a disaster recovery backup system which based on present’s “Twoplaces&Three Centers” model.According to the thoughts of software engineering, the author first time to use“the analysis of disaster recovery subsystem”. In this method,the original complexsystem be divided into several relatively simple subsystems, and according to thecharacteristics of each subsystem, the author takes methods of array copy, SVC,CDC and other advanced as the technology solution respectively in this paper.Meanwhile, it makes a try to use the Power Active/Active solution, which constructby the IBM Power HA HyperSwap and DS8870synchronous data replication, toachieve a high availability in any data center. And than, making an organiccombination of all subsystem’s solution methods, forms the overall technical schemeof this paper.The program is used for the first time in our country, it is advanced andoriginality, and has high academic value and reference value.
