| With electric power dispatching automation technology to the intelligent direction, the system needs to manage data maintenance is more and more complex, the data quantity is becoming more and more big. Due to the electric power enterprise use different electric power dispatching automation system, data communications between different systems due to the change very difficult. The traditional data management way already can’t satisfy the intelligent electric power dispatching system development and the requirement of daily operations. This paper designs and realizes the power dispatching automation open data management system, how to use the standard data to the system model, the computer technology and open software design techniques such as did the detailed instructions.In this paper, combining the electric power dispatching automation system operational practice, according to the demand of the system data management, open data management system was designed and implemented. Mainly analyzed from the aspects of performance function and performance of electric power dispatching automation system, open data management methods are put forward. In this paper, the design goal of open data management system, the design has realized the overall architecture of open data management system and each function module.Used in the design of open data management system international standard common information model (CIM) for grid data model is described, can use shielding heterogeneity of data and application of XML message interaction description data model, and make the data management has the very good openness and extensibility model; Based on interval template gallery module integration and cascade design of management mechanism effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of system data maintenance. |
