In December2013,China’s telecommunications industry officially declared the4Gera, and China Unicom, China Telecom and China Mobile were given a grant by theMinistry of fourth generation mobile communications business license. With the rapiddevelopment of mobile communication technology, mobile terminal equipment basedon the mobile Phone have developed rapidly. Android, ios, Windows Phone and otheroperating systems become the mainstream platform, which share the Android platformmobile phones occupy most. While relying on the development of computer technology,mobile learning has also ushered in a new change, with the widespread infiltration ofmodern communication technology, the use of a mobile terminal moves for learningwill become an important direction for E-Learning development.In this paper, through the study of theory and research and analysis related to thedevelopment of mobile technologies for mobile,"the information technology andcurriculum integration" course content for the case to achieve the development ofmobile learning system on the Android platform for teachers and students to provide amobile learning an effective way. First, the paper describes the research background andsignificance of the subject proposed mobile learning important social significance andeconomic value of research as a new approach to learning, by comparison to the currentresearch and analysis, made for mobile learning prospect research prospects andplanning. Secondly, as the center of the mobile learning provides an overview of therelevant learning theory, and briefly describes the IOS, Android, Windows Mobile andother mainstream mobile operating system, which made through analysis andcomparison platform technology used in this project-Android, and the platformintroduces the features, functions, structure and life cycle and so on. Finally, the systemseparately from the functional requirements, non-functional requirements and some ofthe constraints of the three aspects of the needs analysis, using the object-orientedanalysis, design of the system of four main modules: curriculum learning modules, learning communities modules, learning resources module and system managementmodule, and the overall design of the system, including the overall system architecturedesign, system features modular design, the main business process design and databasedesign, realized after the design is completed based on the Android platform for mobilelearning systems, respectively, from Home and system registry system, curriculumlearning modules, learning communities and learning resource module module blockdevelopment, and ultimately the client and server-side connection of the system andthe successful completion of system simulation run.
