Design And Implementation Of Mobile Learning System Based On Android Platform

With the rapid development of information technology,Android,as the representative of the mobile terminal,has been very popular,but mobile learning is not,which bases on mobile terminal.The traditional classroom teaching mode still occupies the leading position in colleges and universities.In the traditional teaching,due to time and space constraints,resulting in the lack of interaction between teachers and students,effective learning resources can not be fully shared between teachers and students,thus affecting the learning effect.This thesis will develop a mobile learning system based on Android platform,which focuses on teachers and students.The system will set up various functions such as personal chat,group chat,class circle,data sharing,job announcements and dynamic sharing between teachers and students,and then meet the learning needs of teachers and students.In the process of system implementation,first it will use Android studio + SVN to develop Android-based mobile learning system client,build a Openfire server,which based on mobile learning client for mobile learning needs the main interactive features.To further expand System functions,it fully accomplishes the service system based on struts2 + spring + hibernate development of the management of Android client content information,and finally integrate the two servers,and the realization of the server and Android client interactive features,thus a complete realization of the mobile learning system front and back functions.System development using tomcat as the web server,using MySQL as the background database procedures,using windows server2012 as the server test platform.To further optimize the system structure,the subject will then test the function and performance of the entire system.And then improving the system function and modify the insufficiency of the system according to the test results.Finally,the trial run shows that the system has completed the basic functions of the mobile learning system,and it can basically meet the needs of teachers and students for mobile learning.
