With the progress of time, the Information Technology is developingrapidly, at the same time also affects the direction of many fields. In today’s highlyinformation-oriented society, Information Technology Education has become aninevitable trend of future development of education. In recent years, the InformationTechnology Education of China is also made great progress, such as the E-bookpackage, Distance Education. But we must recognize that there are still serious " islandsof information" and the re-building or low utilization of instructional resources in ourcountry at the present stage. Using the modern information technology to makeefficient organization and management of the rapid growth of massive instructionalresources, then the quality instructional resources in a certain area can be orderedsharing, what is an effective measure to solve the "islands of information" andinformation re-building and other issues, and it also has great significance and value ofrealizing the Education Fair.In this paper, I have combined the current status of the development ofinstructional resources sharing, to explore and try to achieve instructional resourcessharing from the technical level, then design and development a InstructionalResources Sharing System that has practical value with the support of corresponding theoretical. Broadly speaking, I had mainly finished the following research work: First,with comprehensive analysis of the domestic and international instructional resourcessharing research status and development trends, and combined with the actualconditions of China, finally designed a highly targeted instructional resources sharingmechanism; Second, conducted a feasibility analysis in terms of technical, economicand applications through a wide range of research and combined with the results of thesystem requirements analysis; Third, completed the overall design of the system basedon preliminary analysis of the needs of the instructions, including architecture, functionmodules, database design, interface design, systems, etc., and then completed thedetailed design of the system from the client and the server, including key problems andsolutions to technical problems of the strategy and the functional requirements of eachmodule, workflow, function, etc.; Fourth, chose the windows environment on the NETframework and coding with C#language to achieve the Instructional Resources SharingSystem based on C/S structure after completing the system requirements analysis anddetailed design; Finally, did much tests of the system through a variety of ways andmeans, and optimized the system constantly, eventually developed the InstructionalResources Sharing System with the user-friendly, more perfect, performance isrelatively stable, with some reference value and practical application. All in all, thework is a meaningful attempt of using the modern information technology to achievehigh-quality instructional resources sharing, and there is certain practical reference inthe process of Information Technology Education.
