The management of the college student apartment needs to confront a work model that has a large number of student data information and repeated and trivial things. In order to reduce the huge work of the apartment managers, and to improve the efficiency and the quality of the apartment management system, it is of high value and meaning to research and develop a college student apartment system which adapted to our universities real condition. Based on the describing of the user requirements this Paper discussed the general design of the system which includes the system architecture, functional module and database design, fulfilled the system’s detail design and fulfillment, this paper also carried on a series of testing and the related analysis.The system which based on object oriented software development technology chooses MyEclipse platform for the development platform, Java for the background business logic language and the SQL2000for the database, the system also applied Servlet technology and Filter technology to achieve the information collection and related analysis operation of the. The system uses the B/S model, the developing model combined Java and the SqlSever2000database, and the system also adopted the three layers structure model. So the system’s interface has good compatibility and very sound, these features is convenient for the maintenance and the further development and upgrade. The system involves many aspects of the management of student apartment system, which fulfilled lots operations of the student information and apartment information, such as input, alter and query and so on. Implements the user identity and access authentication, student accommodation is the basic registration, in each semester, and students’ dorms, personnel visiting and an end to access details of registration, registration items out of the building management, query of basic information and building the query, repair and maintenance management, Cost management, information announcement. Using Servlet technology to improve the users experience and reduce the Server’s load. The system adopted the right management model which based on the role. The different role has the different authority, which can assure the efficiency security and reliability of the system.This article summarizes system theory and design thought, discusses code implementation in detail, and passes the system test. So it’s provides a set of design and implementation of the university logistic service information system.
