In recent years, the amazing development of Basic Science about materials,electronics and so on with the stable and prosperous social environment promotes thespeed from theory research to practical application of many hi-tech actively. The mostcommon phenomenon is that the volume of computer getting smaller and smaller, butthe performance is better and the price is cheaper than before, even the miniaturesensors with Embedded Systems are widely used yet. Overall, the Wireless sensornetwork takes an important role in various types of military and civilian projects withthe rapid development, such as perception of the battlefield environment, marineenvironment monitoring and so on. Meanwhile, not expensive mobile smart deviceshave been accepted by people gradually, promotes the development of relatedtechnology and equipment. Thus, various high-tech accepted by people quickly willproduce a new model of information exchange and processing.A new multi-terminal oriented software component about monitoring Wirelesssensor network is designed and implemented with the idea of componentmodules based on the summary and analysis of an existing wireless sensor networkmonitoring system in this paper for adapting technology innovation better. It can bedivided into four sub-components: networking component, storage component,display component on PC and display component on mobile device. They run onwireless nodes, servers, computers and mobile smart devices, complete multi-terminaloriented wireless sensor network monitoring mission. Among them, the networkingcomponent is responsible for the collection of data and the networking of wirelessnodes, the storage component is responsible for the storage of data, displaycomponent on PC allows users to monitor wireless sensor networks via PC browser and display component on mobile devices allows users to monitor wireless sensornetworks via Android mobile devices.A wireless sensor network software component which supports data exchangebetween computers, android mobile devices and wireless sensor networks is designedin this paper. Multi-terminal and multi-network oriented design is illustrated scalable,feasible and improve the development efficiency of monitoring software aboutWireless Sensor Network by a prototype system.
