With China’s mobile TV and the multimedia broadcast technologies (CMMB) continues to progress, the standard used by the error correction channel coding technology-low-density parity check code (LDPC) technology has been more and more researchers’ attention as LDPC code is a high performance error correction codes to the reliability of signal transmission based on a very broad application prospects.In this paper, from the basic theory of LDPC codes and the study based on previous results, for the CMMB standard, to explain the theory, algorithms, simulation methods such as the mode of construction of LDPC codes, encoding and decoding algorithm simulation analysis compared and ultimately to a better overall performance and the decoding algorithm as a minimum, based on CMMB standard environment check matrix of LDPC codes to analyze the characteristics, whereby the characteristics of the decoder has been designed, the design process to avoid single-use parallel structure or serial structured way, instead of using the combination of both methods, the final design based on the completion of the decoder implementation.The study about LDPC decoder taken a unique design structure and memory control strategy, the premise of ensuring the enhanced speed performance, in order to achieve a small resource for high-performance goals, with the CMMB technology and communications systems The popularity of this research LDPC decoder for other systems to achieve a certain reference value.
