Intercom system is essentially extended the distance of human communication byusing the modern science and technology. With the progress of the society and thediversification, people have new demand on the intercom, which is not only highreliability, but also the distance requirements. They hope that can be joined over theintercom in any place. This type of requirement is often accidental, so the user doesnot want to purchase exclusive equipment for this kind of need. The demand for thistype is a new communication method, generally for civilian areas. This paper try tomake the communication network platform based on Internet,using TCP/IP protocol toconstruct a multi intercommunication, so as to meet the new era demand of people forthe new multi intercom system.The radio intercom system simulation platform designed in this paper can makethe users conveniently rejoin multi-party dialogue environment.The system is actuallyused in the simulation Internet radio multi intercom provides a technical realizationway.It uses object oriented method of distribution and management of the virtualchannel in the process of realizing the system platform.The servers use the BOOSTASIO library as a communication management module, responsible for the specificmanagement client to server connection.It choose the Opus encoder source in thespeech processing module,which is so opened and efficient that to reduce thecommunication traffic and improve the quality of speech communication.With respect to the radio spectrum resources, virtual channel resources can besaid to be unlimited, in theory, any numbers or strings can identify a virtual channel,the user can have a unique channel, vulnerable to interference. Communication of theterminal to the system platform in this paper is varied, such as the client with PCversion is generally through the Ethernet, the intelligent mobile terminal may bethrough WIFI or3G network. These communication ways are transparent for thesystem platform. The system platform visualizes channel resources for variousterminal users, which can realize the communication between different terminals.
