Now the main kind system of the telephone communication uses star topology structure and its users use their own telephone line to communicate with the host. This kind of system has some defects such as hard wiring installation, high expense, high cost of the telephone line and low efficiency, bad reliability, low speed of communication, low accuracy, weak bell for the long range and strong noise field and so on. By reason of these defects this system is hard to match the quick development of the modern industry, therefore a new kind intelligence industry broadcast intercom system should be made to change overcome these defects.This paper mainly includes the design of hardware and software, the design of communication protocol and the anti-turbulence measures of hardware and software. On the hardware the system is a modularity system and it's convenient for the extendability. This system uses LPC2292 as its CPU and CAN as its communication mode. The intercom station which uses MCU as its core is dispersive nodes in this system. This system has many advantages such as simple hardware interface, variety choices in communication mediator, high communication rate to 1Mbps, the number of nodes maximum to 110, all of the nodes can be holded on the bus equally and so on. By reason of these merits this system has a high efficiency communication. Based on the application status and other conditions and the CAN 2.0B protocol this system is made to satisfy the need of communication. At last a work summary is made which displays the outcome and the aspects needed to improve.This intercom system has a simple and fast dial function and three calling modes such as single communication, group communication and entirety communication to the inner users. These modes improve the pertinence of the communication and eliminate the turbulence to the non-called users. Compared with the host communication system, this non-host communication system has a higher reliability because of its independent communication process.
