The rapid growth of 4G/5G wireless application demand has promoted the rapid development of optical fiber communication technology.As a terminal product of optical fiber communication,transceivers will usher in rapid growth in the wireless,transmission,data center and access network markets.From 2019 to 2022,it will be a transition period from wireless 4G to 5G,and the transceivers rate will also be increased from 10G to 25G.The company's existing 10G test instruments can no longer meet the test requirements of 25G transceivers.The demand for 10G transceivers is still growing in the short term.If you expand the scale by purchasing equipment,companies will face the risk of overcapacity after product replacement.Improving test efficiency on the basis of existing equipment is the best solution to grasp the growth of the 10G market and avoid investment risks."High cost of imported instruments and low test efficiency" is the industry pain point of the transceivers manufacturing industry.The test system is composed of different functional instruments,and the test instrument has only a single input port.It means that only one product can be tested at a time.After the product testing is completed,manual replacement of test parts takes a long time,and the entire system is in a waiting state,which is a major problem affecting test efficiency.In this topic,through an in-depth understanding of the actual needs and business functions of the test system,after an in-depth analysis of the traditional test system and the current status at home and abroad,we chose to expand the number of hardware channels to achieve multi-channel testing,and re-developed the test system software.The software realizes asynchronous parallel operation of manual operation and product testing through multi-channel connection control,and solves the problem of low system serial efficiency.The software realizes the function call design of the test script,and realizes the test logic in the test script,and the change of the test logic no longer needs the software upgrade.The research results of this project have been implemented in transceivers manufacturing enterprises and widely used.The test efficiency of multi-channel test system is 30%higher than that of traditional scheme.The system saves more than 20 million yuan of equipment investment for the enterprise and achieves good economic benefits.
