The Research Of Industry Lash-up Intercom System

With the rapid development of modern industry, a steady, fast and safe industry communication system seems very important. In this paper, a design of industry lash-up intercom system is introduced.The thesis includes the following parts: general design of the system, design of hardware and software used in the system and design of the communication protocols of the system. The entire hardware system makes use of the modulation designs,and has very good extendibility.It adopts RS-485 serial bus which has the merits of simple structure,easy network establishment, strong anti-jamming capacity, high transfer speed and far transfer distance as the physical layer to build bus topolopy control network. At the time of designing communication protocol,we set out from RS-485 characteristics. The master-slave protocol and the token bus protocol are compared and analyzed.And considering application condition and other kinds of aspects,master-slave protocol is implemented finally.Bus congest is also avoided.In the end, the anti-jamming measures adopted in two aspects of hardware and software are stated. More work is needed to improve the performance of the system, and the working production and the developing prospect of the system are also stated.The system has many advantages such as high utilization factor of the channels , fast communication by dialing, convenience for using and maintaining and so on. It has a wide prospect and high value of application. It increases the touching rate for work and the level and efficient of production management. It has led to obviously economical and social profits.
