Along with development of network technology, the information communication technology has been changing with each passing day. The new information communication medias mainly based on micro-blog, Wechat, and China Mobile client etc, create new waves of micro-communication which belongs to internet communication. The word "micro" is the key to micro-communication, that is to say, the communication content is "micro-content", the communication channel is "micro-media" and the communication object is "micro-audience".With the development of economy, the progress society, the increase of consumption level and the changing of consumption view, the development of society presents the tendency of fragmentization. Under this social background, people’s sense of value and sense of thought is changing along with the social value. People’s needs become personalized and refined increasingly. Meanwhile, accompanied by the development of network technology and mobile terminals becoming intelligent, the way that audience information communicate and receive is also changing radically.Since micro-blog emerged in2009and Wechat appeared in2011, the era of micro-communication has been opened. Micro social contact, micro-news, micro-shopping, micro-payment, mico public benefit, micro-ad, and micro-games play more and more important role in politics, economy, society and so on. They have become a new strength that won’t be ignored.Fragmentization is a remarkable reflection of micro-communication. A fragmented micro-communication satisfies the independent, individual, and various information needs of the audience. And at the same time, it also changes the way and the custom that communication and acception of audience information. The audience is not holistic at all but disperses into many "fragments".At the same time, the development of new micro-communication technology and media changes the "central" position of traditional media, and the communicator also present a "fragmented" condition. The Fragmentation of micro-communication brings about massive amounts of information, and provide the audience with both abundant information resources and convenient communication experience. Fragmented micro-communication brings about some social and cultural dilemma, such as information overload, bubblization, the trouble of rumors, superficial reading and the weakening of elite culture.The fragmentation of micro-communication brings about not only unprecedented opportunities, but also challenges. This thesis attempts to organize and analyze the the fragmentation of micro-communication from four aspects, then discuss and research on the influence of fragmentation of micro-communication to social cultural.Firstly, this thesis defines the concept of micro-communication and fragmentation. With examples in quantity, from the fragmentation of information communication, the fragmentation of content, the fragmentation of time and the fragmentation of audience understanding these four aspects, combines many examples of micro-communication fragmentation, through the the method of content analysis, this thesis organizes and analyzes the performance of micro-communication fragmentation. Secondly, the thesis concludes and analyze the causes of micro-communication fragmentation, then analyzes and summarizes from the change of social environment the progress of network technology these two aspects. Finally, based on the organization of micro-communication fragmentation, the analysis and conclusion of the cause, this thesis research on the influence that micro-communication fragmentation, this distinct micro-culture, brings to social culture. This these affirms the convenient information communication and abundant information content that micro-communication fragmentation brings about. This thesis considers that micro-communication fragmentation make certain contribution to the utilization of fragmented time and the rise of grass-rooted culture. And at the same time, this thesis mainly discuss some negative influence of social culture that micro-communication fragmentation leads to, such as information bubblization, superficial reading, the weakening of deep-level thinking and elite culture. Then this thesis introspects the fragmentation of micro-communication, puts forward some corresponding opinion, suggestions and the outlook of micro-communication fragmentation.
