Research And Design Of The System Analysis Of Vibration Signal Based On LabVIEW

In industrial production, the large proportion of large rotating machinery is getting moreand more. Only to ensure the working of rotating machiney is normal, we can ensure theoperation of the production departments is normal. We need to test the running condition oflarge rotating machinery so that we can ensure if the machinery is on the work. Most of therotating machinery is power machinery. So we can test the vibration of the running machinery.In recent years, the signals of vibration which is generated by the working rotating machineryget more and more complex. The traditional signal analysisi instrument can’t meet thedemand of the production department. So we need develop more advanced instrument.Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, as the development of computer technologygets rapid, we know the virtual instrument gradually. We can replace many large hardwarefacilities with using the virtual instrument technology, the technology of software is the mostimportant in virtual instrument. We can use the software to establish the vibration signalanalysis system, and the function of the system is more stronger. So we usually use thissystem. In the technology of virtual instrument, we often use the LabVIEW software. We canbetter to complete the analysis of the work with using the LabVIEW software.In view of the above problems, this paper introduces the virtual instrument andLabVIEW software first. And we research on the vibration characteristics. We research on theworking principle of the sensors and how to select the sensors. We research on the method foranalysis of rotating machinery vibration signal. We mainly research on the analysis of timedomain and frequency spectrum which based on FFT. We establish the system of vibrationsignals analysis with using the LabVIEW software, and we use this system to collect signalsand analyse signals and so on. At last, we use this system to make simulation analysis of gasengine, the result of analysis is the same with the result of the expentation.
