Grid management was a successful application of the innovation of socialgovernment, which had been obtained in the national scope in recent years. Theapplication of grid management platform had improved the management efficiency. The collected massive data of grid management platform played an important role instudying the law of social operation and improving the perception and decisionmaking skills of social management. The social management decision support model and grid management decisionsupport model were studied in this paper. Based on the models, the query module, theevaluation module and the prediction module of the grid management decisionsystem were determined. The level of evaluation module was focused in this paper, the evaluation indexes and the weight were determined by AHP. In the dimension ofevaluation, the horizontal comparison and vertical comparison were combined. In theprediction module, a time series prediction method was used for lateral prediction andvertical prediction.Grid management decision support system was constructed by integrating thedecision support technology and grid management technology and studied on themass data of Zhengzhou grid management platform. Query, evaluation and predictionare integrated in the system and a variety of display forms of the feedbacks weregiven to the users. The system was divided into the cockpit of leadership, intelligentquery, intelligent evaluation, prediction analysis and other modules. The development of the system which based on the data of Zhengzhou socialpublic management information platform enabled the fully mining of information ofthe social management and forming the "catfish effect" mechanism to improve themanagement and service ability of the government departments.
