With the development of high telchnology, ctronic products have come into millionsof households. Closely with people to get the public household appliances are morepopular. For example, the vegetable washing machine, fully automatic washing machines,smart rice cooker and so on. In rCent years,the frequent appearances of food safety issuesattract people’s attention. The fruits and vegetables we eat in our daily life with pesticideresidues, if we don’t clear them up,they will cause health dangers to people.The appearance of fruit and vegetable washing machines mitigate the symptoms, theworking principle of the fruits and vegetables machine which is popular in the presentmarket is to supply power to the ozone and ultrasonic generator at the bottom while it doesthe washing,and produce ozone and ultrasonic wave ,then the ozone and ultrasonic waveare pumped the fruit and vegetable washing machine bucket, the bucket with water in thewashing machine contact dissolve in water, which has good effCts of sterilization,disinfCtion pesticide degradation. The same types of fruits and vegetables can be detCtedby vasual and accumulated experience of turbidity,when people see the viscera on the fruitsand vegetables ,people will tune long time,otherwise will tune short time. The bacteriaand pesticides on the surface of fruits and vegetables is almost beyond our nakedobservation,so the effCts can be imagined.For different types of fruits and vegetables, pesticides and bacteria hide in differentpositions for different shape and hardness of fruits and vegetables.For example,bacteriaalmost hiddens in the leafty surface and stem crachsin to relatively sofe vegetables .Ifseting suitable cleaning time to relatively hard vegetables,it can not be suitable to leaftyvegetables for bacteria hiddening convex and concave gap.If seting suitable cleaning timeto relatively softy vegetables,it can not be suitable to hard vegetables for nutrientsmissing.So Different types of fruits and vegetables with cleaning, the cleaning effCt is notvery satisfactory Based on this issue, the paper introduces a new microcontroller-based intelligentfuzzy control method, you can detCt the cleaning degree of fruits and vegetables all thetime when the cleaning reaches the intended state, fruits and vegetables will stopautomatically. The paper analyzes and simulates the new control method.The maincontents include the following:The introduction section firstly describes the research background and the currentdevelopment of local fruits and vegetables at home and abroad. Analyze the birthbackground of fruits and vegetables machine, introduces the mChanical washing machines,vibrating spray washers, water vapor bath leaf washing machine, gas explosion disturbedthe water cleaning machine, ultrasonic cleaning machines and other control mChanismswork and to analyze their applications, advantages and disadvantages, in order to get thedesign presented in this paper the basic ideas and research dirCtions.Then the fuzzy control techniques are described in detail, described its uniqueadvantages as a novel fuzzy control of nonlinear intelligent control method .Comparedwith the traditional terms of control, fuzzy control can realize control strategies and thehuman experience by effective and convenient ways in many applications.Anothersignificant advantage is fuzzy control does not require a prcise mathematical model ofcontrolled object, because the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object has beenincluded in the fuzzy controller input and output fuzzy sets and fuzzy rules. The basicstructure of fuzzy control system mainly includes input fuzzification, fuzzy reasoning andfuzzy decision . According to these three-parts we can design the corresponding fuzzy fruitmachine control systems, fuzzy control rules be established, E, C, U of languageassignment and the corresponding fuzzy control algorithm.This third and fourth part focuses on hardware design and software simulation of thefruit and vegetable machine fuzzy control system .Hardware design mainly use two51-chip as master fuzzy chip ,the is collCted by turbidity sensor APMS-10G and the waterlevel sensor TC401, ozone generator which is passed to the subordinate machine throughthe A / D , then be passed the host.The host will process these information and data tointended requirements through the external circuit, such as AT24C02, the display circuit, alarm circuit, key circuit .In software design, the paper use the powerful fuzzy andsimulink functions of the matlab software, corresponding to circuit simulation of hardwaredesign,for example,it can not only use fuzzy function to simulate E, C, U ,and fuzzyrules ,but also three-dimensional image display surface.It can use simulink function tosimulink fuzzy control system for each input step, sine wave signal .Then the papersummarizes step, sine wave output response image before it modifies the parameters fuzzycontrol system for fruit and vegetable machine.Finally, we summarize the paper and make an outlook.
