The development of Reporter personal micro-blog is accompanied by the emergenceof micro-blog which is a new information release platform. Reporters use micro-blog tofind media news clues, interact with the audience, the timely release of information, etc.However, a series of micro-blog brings reporters convenience, but there are also someproblems have cropped up.As we all know, reporters’ micro-blog is the same as many ordinary users’, it isopened and operated by individuals. Theoretically reporter’s personal micro-blog is apersonal expression media, However, in reality the special professional identity ofreporter whether given its micro-blog different from the characteristics of the generalpublic, reporters micro-blog have its own unique properties, which requires specialconsideration and analysis. In this paper, the domestic reporters micro-blog for the study,designed to examine the necessity of reporters micro-blog norms and normative content.To analyze the current situation of domestic reporters micro-blog and summarize andanalyze the relevant norms of foreign media organizations as the basis of the paper,mainly using content analysis for a study, trying to offer some suggestions for the healthydevelopment of the domestic media organizations micro-blog individual journalists.This paper is divided into four parts, namely, sorting the status of current researchrelated, and summarized currently more representative of Reporters micro-blog Anomie,to provide a reference for the corresponding countermeasures. Meanwhile, the paper alsochosen by several reporters micro-blog and analysed content, on the basis of summing upthe foreign media institutions existing norms, to propose some rationalization suggestionfor the management of our reporters micro-blog. Through research I have come to thefollowing conclusions: first, Chinese reporters’ micro-blog anomie presents a universalityand sundry trend. Second, foreign media organizations treat employees to use socialmedia in general supportive and give maximum freedom on the basis of the specification;Third, China’s media in the specification of reporters’ micro-blog should adhere todiscipline, supplemented scientific and reasonable internal specifications.
