According to China CNNIC published the32nd "China Internet DevelopmentReport" survey data in July2013,that "At the end of June2013, the online newsreaders reached461million, compared with June2012is an increase of6860million.The annual growth rate is17.5%. And the users rate who use the internet to read newsis78.0%. So far, the "fourth power" status of the network media is moreconsolidation.With the number of internet user increases, the size of the public opinion’s usingthe network media is also growing. The network not only carries the transfer functionof the media of social information, and also became the contemporary field of socialmedia which cannot be ignored. The role and impact of the huge network of publicopinion, different from traditional media, and have a negligible characteristics. Publicattention to social events through the network and actively discuss the formation ofscale, scope huge network of public opinion, largely affecting the decisions ofnational authorities as well as social and public life of many people. Network publicopinion has become the most important form of public opinion at this stage of China.This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses combingconcept began to define the meaning of a network of public opinion, and publicopinion analyzes the various elements included in our network. After combining thestatus of China’s network public opinion supervision, to analyze its characteristics.Chapter2: Network problems and causes of public opinion analysis. The thirdchapter is countermeasures, the first two chapters to point out the problem, analyzethe problem, the third chapter seeks on how to solve problems in the network publicopinion and suggestions from the subject, object and vector three areas.In summary, our powerful network of public opinion, but its development is stilla short time, the lack of a strong legal norms, the huge scale of the public, and itsnetwork of media literacy and the lack of real-time information disseminationnetwork media, anonymity also make more difficult their functions regulation.Therefore, analysis of the present status of the reasons for the network public opinion, public opinion research network elements of the existing problems, directed behindthe problem and explore solutions to solve these problems, not only theoreticalsignificance, but also has profound practical significance.
