| Along with the questioning on the problems of traditional industrialization andurbanization patterns, the green conceptions have been put forward for more than50years, which is a reflection on the production mode and life style.With more attentionspayed to the green conceptions both domestic and abroad, the green press is growingrapidly, which not only reflects in the huge quantity but also in the rich patterns.Although the green press is young, it has changed our world, which urges millions ofpeople to change their lifestyle and production modes to green patterns. Green press is acombination of news propagation law, environment theory and science. So on account ofthe significance to mass media, the research on green press is meaningful for bothexpanding news dissemination domain and in promoting the other green matters.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the inherent law of green press, whichcontributes to the development to the green version of "Southern Weekend" and otherforms of the development of green news carrier. It also helps green news to develop in awider and deeper direction. In the first part, the author introduces the backgrounds,related research achievement, purpose and research methods in the thesis. In the secondpart, the author reviews the theory and development of green press through a series ofliteratures, besides, a summary on green press current situations is presented. In the thirdpart, the author analyzes the green version of Southern Weekend through three aspects:patterns, styles and fields of reports, which combines with different aspects, such asthesis to analyze the types,the layout and length,the technique, keynote and optic angle ofexpression, and concerned territory, fields and the sources of news. In the fourth part,through comparing among the green version and other similar green press media, andilluminating the statistical result, the author draw a conclusion on features of greenversion of Southern Weekend. |
