Today, our Newspapers、TV and other traditional media reports on environmental news has become more mature, with the development of the high technology, the network media which emerge as times require has also started to increase reporting on the environmental news, make full use of many ways and multiple channels to construct environmental news issueThis article will use the agenda building theory to conduct a comprehensive and systematic research about the Agenda building of network media on the environmental news construction. This article will select the Green Channel of Sina、Environmental Protection Channel of People’s Net and Chinese Environmental Protection Website as the specific research object. Firstly, this article analysis on the agenda setting of the network media in two ways:by the report content and the form of the report; Secondly, the article will research the agenda building form of network media on the environment news which based on the agenda setting; Then from the perspective of discourse construction, the article summarized the network use three kinds of discourse to make agenda setting on the environment news, the discourse is sustainable environmental discourse、green awareness discourse and poetic discourse awareness. In addition, this article will combined with the specific case to analysis the characteristics and shortcomings of network media on the environment news construction. At last, the writer will puts forward own opinion and hope to make some contribution to the research of the network media on the environmental news topic.
