With the development of human society, a1arge number of devices a re applied in the world in different forms and ways. In order to make all kinds of equipment in their best conditions, Management Information System for equipment’s data arises at the historic moment. Timely, accurate equipment’s information collection is the basis of normal operation of the MIS system for equipment (hereinafter referred to equipment MIS system), so the equipment data acquisition system in equipment MIS system plays an important role.Existed equipment data acquisition system has the defects of obsolete identification technology, big running power consumption, and cannot acquire the device identifier and the operation-time information at the same time. In view of the above main drawback, this dissertation designed a kind of equipment information collection system based on RFID. This system mainly included the equipment operation-time recorder,13.56MHz handheld RFID read-write device, and upper machine.This dissertation mainly had carried on the following work:First, aiming at the defects of existed equipment operation-time recorder, which are no contactless data interface and large power consumption, this dissertation employed the power management chip, microcontroller, Real-time clock chip and M104C module to designed an equipment operation-time recorder which has the characteristics that are low-power consumption and contactless data interface.Second, a13.56MHz RFID handheld reader was designed, which used STC MCU as the core and combined M104C module, DC/DC converter chip, UART to USB chip. This13.56MHz RFID reader has the function of reading the equipment identification and operation-time information at the same time, and uploading information to the PC through USB interface.Finally, using the Visual Basic language to design the software of the upper machine, the function of uploading the operation-time data and device information to the upper machine had been basically achieved. The equipment data acquisition system can provided accurate, real-time information for equipment MIS system to analysis and processing.Actual operation results show that the equipment data acquisition system based on RFID has the function of synchronously obtaining equipment identification and operation-time information. The equipment data a cquisition system’s stand-by consumption is lower than50mW, and can collect the equipment’s operation information that current up to50A. This system has good engineering practical value.
