Power dispatching as the intermidiate of electricity production and power tranrsmission,determines the whole efficient and healthy operation of the grid. The SCADA system is the supporting system of the grid scheduling mornitoring technology, which allows dispatchers and supervisors can see and hear the fault signals and alarm matters in a few hundred kilometers away in the building, also romote control switchaes and so on. This article will define the dispatching equipment automation system included in the network equipment, how to manage network devices, is a work worthy of further study.This article mainly from the following several aspects of research and analysis。 The first, by introducing the status of network devices of Longyan power company and the current management methods of the devices,and research the same type of system, it describes the main content of the work and research. The second, Analytic software engineering and object-oriented technology,it conducted business analysis, analyzed existing business and drawed management flow chart by activity diagram, analyzed the shortcomings of the existing business presence, optimized the management flow chart and standardized the management processes by analyzing the original flow diagram.The third,it conducted functional analysis,used the method of cases analysis to draw with case diagram, and use case description stepped out the details of each service description, then in the form of package diagrams showing the dependencies between functions. On the basis of functional analysis, it shows the structure of the overall function of the system architecture and functional modules, including network equipment ledger management, network equipment failure report management, network troubleshooting equipment management, network equipment obsolescence management, spare parts management, basic information management, system management modules;The forth,it analyzed the data,by using the abbreviated class diagrams expression data of each module, drawed a thumbnail view and a partial class diagram, designed database table.The last,it summarized the entire research process,and planned the future development of the topics.
