This paper collected the factors influencing theproduction network, knowledge network and social network of the index system and theindex data, using the simulation data of BP algorithm for training first, form the networkalgorithm, and then use the trained BP network scoring candidates for sorting, asenterprises select cooperation partners in the innovation network of important referencebasis.
