| At present, most university libraries have not reached the administration level ofeducational support from services, mainly because many libraries do not realize thateducation support from services for the development of modern education isimportant, there are still clear division of functions fine, repeat business,many aspectsof the work and other issues.In the traditional library emphasis collection contemptservice management system, university libraries and educational sector is essentiallyindependent of each other, in the development process the library lack of thenecessary communication to service objects, resulting in duplication of documentinformation resources, serious waste of library literature funds, and there is a certainbias in construction direction, resulting in many university libraries is unable tosupport the higher education level.More importantly, now many colleges anduniversities in the process of building the library is fully in accordance with thestructure of library science knowledge,instead of the library management anduniversity teaching activities closely together, for the support of university educationonly reflected provided to teachers and students in teaching materials, the library’sknowledge guiding role is a very limited in promoting professional students in the useof library resources,which greatly affected the University Library role in education ofteaching activities. Based on existing research data, the development of universityteaching requirements for research starting point, the library management innovationas the main research content, favor the point of view of the development of highereducation, the greatest degree of support the point of view of the teaching work, fromteaching the point of view of the problems in the university Library of existingmanagement mode, and support management model to support the point of view ofthe development of teaching to be able to provide some help for collegeadministrators. |
