Design And Implementation Of Software Process Improvement Platform Based On SPEM

With the development of software engineering more and more quickly, softwareprocess framework is becoming more and more mature. But the software engineeringimplementation of the effect is not good. Study and application of them is a big obstacle.The aim of the project is to develop a consistent with the international trend andsoftware suitable for the improvement of platform and tool set, ultimately to achievecontinuous improvement of software organization.This paper proposed a combination of SPEM and workflow system, use the tools inthe process execution to help enterprise or individual records, collection, analysis,forecast data. These tools are based on the CMM/PSP/TSP framework of softwareprocess maturity. Thus, not only the developed level of data organization and project,but also collect data which software engineers involved in the project. Such as theprogram size estimation and time records. Uses the system to add tools to assist thepractice, in order to help software organizations to implement process improvements tomaximize. Analysis of reasons of blocking software engineering development, and carryout this project significance. Study on advantages and disadvantages of varioustechnologies involved in the project, choose the most appropriate technology andstandard as the project reference. This project studied the SPEM2XPDL conversion,analyzes the source code level of workflow engine Bonita, combined with Bonita tobuild a system framework for software process support tool set, the project teamdeveloped part of the tool.Workflow engine combined with tool set system, it realized the improved platformwith a certain basic functions of the software engineering process. The test results showthat: the function of this system meets the design requirements, system is running stable,and it can be applied in the actual process of software development.
