| In recent years, environmental and energy issues have become more and moreserious. The main reason of the issues is that the Petroleum Resources have beenover-used. Therefore, electric two-wheelers,electric three-wheelers and electric carshave been get widely attention for the government and public. At present the problemof the shortage of electric vehicle battery is one of the important factors restrictingthe further development. However, the extented-range hybrid system can solve thatproblem in the future years. This passage gave a detail description to the controlsystem of the extented-range hybrid system.At the same time, EFI(electronic fuelinjection) was applied to the range extender. And then, experiment was carried out totest its performance.In this passage, the principle of the hybrid system and the permanent magnetbrushless dc motor and development situation are analyzed, and the developmentforeground is prospected. According to the functional needs, the overall structure ofcontrol system was designed. Then the control system was divided into hardwareand software system to describe. The motor controller and the ECU were describedin detail, including the principle and selection criteria of the MCU,sensors and othercomponents. And then the control method of motor and engine, the control flowgraph and modular control method were presented.Next, this passage told the EFI modification, realized the design of the intakesystem, exhaust system, the low pressure oil system, the executive and sensor circuit,and connection method. From simple running test, the started fast and ran smoothly.After that, detailed performance test was carried out.Through a series of contrast experiment about the oil consumption, exhaustemission, stability and dynamic performance of the two extented-range hybrid system,preliminary experimental results showed that the new hybrid system had better oil consumption, exhaust emission, stability and dynamic performance. Except those,more test experiment will be conducted in the future days. |
