This thesis stems from research of torpedo shooting range information fusion and synthesis command & control display system, one of the important projects funded by the National Science and Technology Committee. In this thesis, the main research focus on the designing and implementing of distributed measurement and control system of shooting range-oriented experiment. The work of this thesis is below:(1) Analyzed the features of distributed measurement & control system. Discussed some key technologies during the process of constructing the distributed measurement & control system, including the integration technique of distributed heterogeneous system, multi-task scheduling and network real-time communication technique.(2) Research the architecture of distributed measurement & control system for shooting range-oriented experiment from the construction model and computer model. Through combining wired and wireless network, we designed the certain network environment on shooting range experiment system.(3) Analyzed the demands of shooting range test system software to it's foundation, a idea on shooting range test system software platform based on distributed test middleware has been put forward in the thesis. Introduce the design and realization of the distributed test middleware from every aspect. Though combing the advantages of TCP protocol and UDP protocol, adopting the mixed communication mode of unicast and broadcost in the distributed test middleware a real-time transparent transmission is realized(4) Apply the design thought and realize outcome of shooting range test system software platform to certain underwater weapon test field test system software, At last design and realize a demo system.
